This networking & education event is hosted by Ohio Life Sciences (OLS), in partnership with University of Cincinnati, CincyTech, and REDI Cincinnati, with support from Fisher Scientific, Wright Brothers Global Gas, and Vendor Managed Gas.
OLS is activating the life sciences workforce strategy that you, our member investors, helped us build over the last several months. The strategy includes 22 initiatives organized into four pillars: catalyzing industry-education partnerships, aligning education offerings with industry needs, improving public awareness of life sciences careers, and empowering life sciences employers to compete for talent. Five of these initiatives are key priorities for us to launch in 2023 – with your involvement!
We will take time during the gathering to have a focused conversation on opportunities and challenges we face, including an overview of our workforce development strategy and ways you can get involved to unify industry and education to grow Ohio’s life sciences workforce.
