Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development, qualification, verification and validation of manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Engineer will contribute in creative and collaborative way to achieve the company’s goals of producing market lead products through positive patient outcomes.
• Ability to identify critical component functions and determine which manufacturing techniques will provide the optimal outcome.
• Manufacturing process knowledge ie Lean, Six sigma, 5S, value stream mapping etc
• Skilled at developing new equipment processes and manufacturing equipment development
• Exposure to new product development and developing process for new products
• Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFM/DFA) knowledge
