Eddie Pauline, MBA, OhioCED

President & CEO

Eddie Pauline joined Ohio Life Sciences as President and CEO in August 2021. In this role, Eddie is leading the transformation of the organization, formerly known as BioOhio, to champion the momentum of the life sciences ecosystem across the State of Ohio. Under Eddie’s leadership, OLS is advancing critical initiatives to build membership in the organization, advocate for state efforts that align with life sciences priorities, and accelerate drivers of economic progress, including workforce development. Eddie’s strategic ambition for OLS is well informed by his previous role as the Director for Economic Development for The Ohio State University within its Enterprise for Research, Innovation, and Knowledge. In this role, he was responsible for leading the economic development and economic impact functions to attract new companies to Ohio and retain and expand Ohio businesses. Prior to his tenure at Ohio State, Eddie worked in the digital media industry for startups and large corporations. Eddie holds a BA and a BS from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. He is an Ohio Certified Economic Developer. Eddie, his wife Lindsey, and their three children live in Worthington, Ohio.

Jon J. Snyder

Managing Director, Investor Relations 

Jon J. Snyder is the Managing Director, Investor Relations for Ohio Life Sciences, a role focused on driving innovation and economic growth for the life sciences ecosystem in Ohio. Jon is also the founding CEO and an Executive Advisor of Neuros Medical, a Cleveland, Ohio-based medical device company, which he led through the past several years of development, raising $40 million in venture capital and strategic partner investment. He holds 30 years of global management experience in biomedical and healthcare sales, marketing, and operations, with significant experience in bringing new products into the marketplace. His background covers company formation, business development, product development, market management, sales management, venture capital investment, and fundraising at start-up and Fortune 500 (Top 20) companies, including Cyberonics, Cardinal Health, Imalux, Realeve, and STERIS. He sits on numerous educational, business, and community boards, enjoys family activities, and is an avid Cleveland sports fan and frequent speaker/class lecturer.

Bill Dunlevy

Managing Director, Growth

Bill Dunlevy is Managing Director, Growth at Ohio Life Sciences. This role works with Ohio’s life sciences companies to leverage the combined purchasing power of OLS members to deliver discounts, incentives, and other pre-negotiated value-added perks. OLS members will soon utilize a complete portfolio of products and services from best-in-class businesses. Additionally, he’ll be working with Ohio’s Gene and Cell Therapy Industry Council to help deliver its key initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the life sciences, including medical devices, biopharmaceutics, drug delivery, and manufacturing, Dunlevy will build business relationships with members of the state’s unifying trade association. He’s held leadership positions with companies including Battelle, Hill-Rom, Philips Respironics, and Roche Diagnostics. Bill holds degrees from Capital University (MBA), Monmouth University (BS), and Anderson University (Nursing). He and his wife, Julie, live in Grandview Heights. Their family includes four grown children and four grandchildren.

Willa Bluestone

Director of Policy and Workforce Strategies

Willa Bluestone, Ohio Life Sciences’ Director of Policy and Workforce Strategies, advocates on behalf of OLS’ nearly 300 members for policies at the state and local level that promote economic growth in the life science community. She previously served as the Legislative Aide to State Representative Scott Lipps in his capacity as Chairman of the Ohio House Health Committee. She is a member of the Jo Ann Davidson Leadership Institute and brings years of legislative experience with her to OLS. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Keira McGlone

Director of Marketing and Member Experience

Keira’s role prioritizes Ohio’s workforce development, creating member-centric experiences to achieve state goals in workforce development. Through the marketing and communication of talent attraction and retention strategies, awareness of industry growth, and networking & partnerships opportunities, strong member connections are made. With diverse experience across government, education, health, manufacturing, and financial services she excels in strategic thinking and brand architecture. Organizations such as JobsOhio, The Ohio State University, Abbott, and Grange Insurance have benefitted from her passion for audience research and segmentation, relationship-building, and marketing and content strategy. Skilled in creative thinking and detailed tasks, she thrives in engineering member journeys to serve both individual and business goals.
