The Bernstein Clinical Research Center, LLC conducts clinical research studies. The BCRC has conducted over 500 clinical trials in the adult and pediatric patients. This work has contributed to the development of new therapies for asthma, allergic rhinitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The BCRC has also conducted non-respiratory clinical trials for dermatological disorders (such as urticaria, hereditary angioedema, atopic dermatitis), migraines, hypertension and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The physician investigators of the Bernstein Clinical Research Center are board certified internists/allergists who have been actively involved in clinical research trials of new drugs for pulmonary, allergic and immulogic disorders. The center conducts Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical trials for many large and small pharmaceutical companies.
