An editorial by Eddie Pauline, President and CEO
Last fall, I traveled across Ohio on a listening tour, driving county by county to meet with our state’s biotech, health, and life sciences leaders. As the newly appointed President & CEO of BioOhio (now OLS), the state’s oldest association advocating on behalf of the state’s health and life science industry, I marveled at the latest life-saving technologies, from nanofibers used to rapidly heal internal injuries, to gene and cell therapies that literally cure rare diseases. The CEOs I met were clearly putting Ohio on the cutting edge of biotech innovation.
