Nicholas Archer – Vice President, Innovation Ventures, Cincinnati Children’s
Nicholas Archer leads commercialization and tech transfer efforts at Cincinnati Children’s, driving licensing, startup creation, industry partnerships, and strategic investments to bring groundbreaking innovations to market. His work focuses on translating discoveries into real-world solutions, collaborating closely with researchers and industry partners to accelerate impact. Before joining Cincinnati Children’s, he was the VP of Partnerships at Hippocratic AI, helping scale the company from seed funding to a $1.6 billion Series B valuation.
Kipum Lee – President, UH Ventures, University Hospitals
Kipum Lee brings nearly a decade of experience in enterprise strategy and innovation leadership. As President of UH Ventures, he drives revenue growth and deploys early-stage capital into promising technologies while providing strategic direction to advance the mission of University Hospitals. Previously, as Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Innovation, Dr. Lee led systemwide innovation initiatives, co-designed enterprise strategy, and fostered a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the Northeast Ohio ecosystem.
