Nationwide Children’s Hospital (formerly Columbus Children’s Hospital) is a full service hospital facility serving the needs of Central Ohio. Nationwide Children’s offers comprehensive pediatric health services, while also actively pursuing innovative research and development projects including clinical trials. These projects range from small studies that are designed to simply collect information about a disease, to those that investigate the potential new treatments or procedures that are at the forefront of clinical innovation and discovery. Nationwide Children’s operates the Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, as well as a number of satellite treatment facilities called Close to Home Centers.
