The OLS Entrepreneur Workshop Series is a monthly seminar program to educate, develop, and support Entrepreneurs in Residence, CEO in Residence candidates, and Senior Leadership. Programs will consist of instruction designed to arm attendees with skills and strategies to enable their entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Planned monthly program topics focus on ideation, opportunity analysis, strategic vision & plan development, workforce development, intellectual property, competitive analysis, quality/regulatory, product development, clinical research, fundraising, and board & strategic advisor development and management.
