Guardian Medical is a contract manufacturer specializing in sterile disposable packaging and single use instruments for medical device and healthcare companies. We are a vertically integrated operation providing full design, development, validation, inspection, cleaning, manufacturing and supply chain service. Our award-winning designs are a series of patented first to market systems of packaging solutions which have been functionally derived in partnership with surgeons, physician, OR personnel and industry experts. Core capabilities are full service injection molding, in-house prototyping, seals, closures, packaging validation and a team of engineers who are committed to making every package solution clinically, economically and logistically efficient. Located in Toledo, Ohio, we work in partnership with OEMs to provide a full array of services centered around functional package designs and logistic solutions that address UDI requirements, improve handling and delivery of an implant and increase inventory turns in the field. Conscious of our environment, Guardian Medical has the expertise to minimize packaging refuse without compromising quality and an ability to provide recovery service of used or disposed packaging.
