Earthwalk Orthotics, Inc. is a manufacturer of prescription orthoses. Earthwalk offers a wide range of functional, accommodative, sport, and diabetic orthoses, all designed to target biomechanical deformities unique to individual pathologies. Theraflex, the company's prescription diabetic orthotic, has a lightweight design (less than 2 oz.) and is used for the diabetic, brittle arthritics, patients with ulcerated plantar lesions, Charcot deformities, and diabetic amputees. When possible, Earthwalk uses materials that are lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic; can be wiped clean with a damp, soapy cloth, and can also be regenerated with a warm-air flow. Each device is given a stock or custom topcover that best suits the patient's needs. Related products offered by Earthwalk include the F.A.S.T. CAT scanning system and Truelife braces.
