Dayton Children's Hospital is a not-for-profit 155-bed regional pediatric referral center. DCH's primary mission is to provide quality health care for children from infancy through adolescence regardless of their socioeconomic status. Through a compassionate team of pediatricians, pediatric specialists and clinical staff, Dayton Children's offers comprehensive care in an emotionally supportive setting. Pediatric experts in more than 35 specialty areas have the special training and experience needed to care for children of all ages. From the tiniest infants in the NICU to expert cancer care and pediatric surgery. Since 2003, Dayton Children's Clinical Trials has managed several pharmaceutical studies in an effort to improve pediatric dosing instructions on medications taken by children. Dayton Children's is currently conducting trials with physicians in pulmonary, infectious disease and some community practices and is recruiting subjects for participation in several of these trials.
