The Center for Tissue, Innovation and Research is a 94,000 square foot facility designed to expand research and development, processing, and distribution of tissue-based grafts, products and medical devices. Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services operates to fulfill the need for blood, allograft tissue and specialized laboratory services to patients. CTS, founded in Dayton, OH has locations in Toledo and numerous national locations. CTS provides tissue for more than 2,000 hospital and physician clients across the nation. In addition, CTS seeks to build research partnerships with academic and commercial organizations. CBC/CTS is a not-for-profit, 501c(3) organization.
