Eddie Pauline, MBA, OhioCED
President & CEO
Eddie Pauline is the president and CEO of the Ohio Life Sciences Association and Foundation. He leads efforts to ensure that Ohio is one of the premier locations for discovering life-saving treatments and building companies based on those treatments. Under his leadership, OLS advocates, builds, and connects partners to initiatives that address the challenges related to talent acquisition, infrastructure, and access to capital, which impact industry growth.
Eddie’s strategic vision for OLS is deeply informed by his previous role as the Director of Economic Development at The Ohio State University. In this capacity, he oversaw economic development and impact functions to attract new businesses to Ohio and to retain and expand existing ones.
Before his tenure at Ohio State, Eddie gained valuable experience in the digital media industry, working with startups and major corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. Additionally, he is recognized as an Ohio Certified Economic Developer.
Eddie is a member of the Governor’s Executive Workforce Board and Ohio’s Rare Disease Advisory Council and serves on the board of the Columbus Metropolitan Club.
Eddie resides in Worthington, Ohio, with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children.
Jon J. Snyder
Managing Director, Investor Relations
Jon J. Snyder is the Managing Director, Investor Relations for Ohio Life Sciences, a role focused on driving innovation and economic growth for the life sciences ecosystem in Ohio. Jon is also the founding CEO and an Executive Advisor of Neuros Medical, a Cleveland, Ohio-based medical device company, which he led through the past several years of development, raising $40 million in venture capital and strategic partner investment. He holds 30 years of global management experience in biomedical and healthcare sales, marketing, and operations, with significant experience in bringing new products into the marketplace. His background covers company formation, business development, product development, market management, sales management, venture capital investment, and fundraising at start-up and Fortune 500 (Top 20) companies, including Cyberonics, Cardinal Health, Imalux, Realeve, and STERIS. He sits on numerous educational, business, and community boards, enjoys family activities, and is an avid Cleveland sports fan and frequent speaker/class lecturer.
Bill Dunlevy
Managing Director, Growth
Bill Dunlevy is Managing Director, Growth at Ohio Life Sciences. This role works with Ohio’s life sciences companies to leverage the combined purchasing power of OLS members to deliver discounts, incentives, and other pre-negotiated value-added perks. OLS members will soon utilize a complete portfolio of products and services from best-in-class businesses. Additionally, he’ll be working with Ohio’s Gene and Cell Therapy Industry Council to help deliver its key initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the life sciences, including medical devices, biopharmaceutics, drug delivery, and manufacturing, Dunlevy will build business relationships with members of the state’s unifying trade association. He’s held leadership positions with companies including Battelle, Hill-Rom, Philips Respironics, and Roche Diagnostics. Bill holds degrees from Capital University (MBA), Monmouth University (BS), and Anderson University (Nursing). He and his wife, Julie, live in Grandview Heights. Their family includes four grown children and four grandchildren.
Willa Bluestone
Director of Policy and Workforce Strategies
Willa Bluestone, Ohio Life Sciences’ Director of Policy and Workforce Strategies, advocates on behalf of OLS’ nearly 300 members for policies at the state and local level that promote economic growth in the life science community. She previously served as the Legislative Aide to State Representative Scott Lipps in his capacity as Chairman of the Ohio House Health Committee. She is a member of the Jo Ann Davidson Leadership Institute and brings years of legislative experience with her to OLS. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
Angela McMurry
Director of Industry Engagement and Workforce
Angie McMurry has dedicated over two decades to advancing STEM education in Ohio and beyond. She earned her degrees in Biology, Environmental Science, and Education from Ohio Northern University and holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Dayton. Angie’s extensive career experience includes teaching numerous science and STEM-based subjects at nearly all levels of education, as well as serving as the Science Curriculum Coordinator for the Darke County Educational Service Center. Prior to joining the OLS team, Angie was the Director of Programs for the Ohio Academy of Science. Her leadership experience is highlighted by her tenure as President of the Science Education Council of Ohio (SECO) and her recent service on the Board of Directors of the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA). Angie is also dedicated to her local community and serves as an elected member of the Tipp City Schools’ Board of Education. Angie resides in Tipp City with her husband, Glen, and their three children.
Natalie Monroe
Director of Integrated Marketing and Operations
Natalie Monroe is the Director of Integrated Marketing and Operations at Ohio Life Sciences. She manages events, communications, marketing partnerships, and operations, bringing a strong background in marketing, writing, editing, data analysis, and user experience to the role.
As a consistent voice for OLS, Natalie helps members and stakeholders connect with the organization’s goals and its vision for advancing Ohio’s life sciences industry.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, where she was a Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Big Ten, and Team Captain of The Ohio State Women’s Varsity Softball Team. A collaborative leader and former athlete, she thrives in team-oriented environments and is passionate about fostering innovation, community engagement, and growth in the life sciences sector.
